Refund & Return Policy

Overview

All RescueSync merchandise is produced on demand by our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. However, we stand behind the quality of every product.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was shown on the product page, we will make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us via our contact page within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and a photo clearly showing the defect or damage
3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

Once approved, we will offer you the choice of:

• A full refund to your original payment method
• A free replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, provide a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered (wrong product, wrong size, wrong design), contact us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item at no cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect size selection (please check our size guides before ordering)
• Minor color variations due to screen display differences
• Damage caused by the customer after delivery
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
